If you are using a pop-up control program or XP Service Pack (SP2) pop-blocking is enabled, you might experience problems accessing E-Rate Advantage™ .

To avoid problems we recommend that you temporarily disable pop-up controls before you login.

SP2 Pop-up Blocker As part of Microsoft's release of XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), Internet Explorer (IE) has been updated with a pop-up blocker that blocks the login process of E-Rate Advantage™.

When IE blocks a pop-up, IE displays an information bar at the top of the web page informing the user that a pop-up has been blocked. Clicking on the information bar provides the user additional options to display this or future pop-ups.

To automatically enable the login process for E-Rate Advantage™:

1. Click the Pop-up Blocked Information Bar.
2. Click 'Always Allow Pop-ups From This Site...' to allow access to "http://biz.servcast.net"
