Develop a request for proposal for services

The services requested must be described in sufficient detail to enable potential providers to formulate bids. Some tips for developing the RFP are:

Services that are based on a preexisting contract are generally still eligible for discounts.
The RFPs can be posted to your Web site as a way to comply with the requirement that services be published.
You must comply with all state and local laws governing procurement.
You will be asked to certify to this requirement.
