Seven Steps to Prepare - Step 1

You can apply as a school district, library, individual school, or as a consortium. If you are applying as a consortium:

1. Identify members of your consortium. (Members can belong to only one entity that submits an application.);
2. Select a contact person to receive and disperse information;
3. Select an individual to be authorized to sign official documents;
4. Develop a letter of membership for formalizing the consortium;
5. Allocate funds to support the consortium.
