Your Place in Line

An applicant's "place in line," or seniority, is determined by the date on which the SLD receives Form 471, not the date on which it was mailed.

During a "window" period of 75 days, all FCC Form 471s received by the administrative corporation will be ranked equally.

After the 75-day window period, all FCC form 471s are treated on a first come, first served basis.

The administrative corporation cannot determine the amount of funding to allocate prior to the date it receives a signed contract that includes the total contract price and information necessary to confirm the discount rate.
