Working with ERC has simplified our district's E-Rate

Processing E-Rate applications had become
the most dreaded part of my job--filing the correct forms,
meeting deadlines, keeping current on the latest rules--it
was overwhelming. Now, ERC keeps me current on impending
deadlines, rules, legislations and details they need
from me to comply with USAC request.
It is a relief knowing that someone else
is keeping track of the E-Rate filing process so that I can
concentrate on my other responsibilities.
ERC has been quick to respond to my
questions or concerns. In addition, my compliance officer
informs me when he will be out of the office and
unavailable. He is easy to work with and talk to. We are
definitely going to renew our contract with ERC.

I started in a new position this past
year and one of my "new" responsibilities was to be the
E-rate contact for our school district. I inherited all of
the old E-rate paper work and plans. I didn't have time to
learn everything about E-rate and fulfill all of my other
duties as well.
The staff at ERC have really helped
allot. I don't worry about deadlines, and misplaced forms
etc. All I have to do is answer a few questions, and gather
data. ERC has taken care of the rest. It sure has made my
life easier plus the ERC folks found a few extra things that
our district was eligible for!

| Red Cloud Community Schools have been using the services
of ERC since it's inception. We have been very pleased with
the cooperation, communication and individual attention that
the staff at ERC has given to our school. The cost is
minimal considering the service performed.
